What if I'm interested in being on an Abbey committee?

We have various committees such as Annual Meeting, Nominations, and Supervisory/Audit, that members are eligible to serve on. I have a new PIN number, how important is it?

For your security never leave your PIN number with your VISA or ATM card. It is best to keep them in separate places.

Should I give my Debit Card or Checking Account Number out over the phone?

Your debit card and checking account numbers should not be given out over the phone. These transactions are done electronically and we can't help you reverse the transactions if you change your mind later.

When am I able to do transactions to my IRA Account?

IRA transactions are available Monday through Friday and on Saturday by appointment. You can call to make an appointment at 937-898-7800 or 800-546-8882.

How long do I have to activate my reissued Visa Card?

Please activate your reissued VISA card within 6 months from date of issue or else the card will be automatically deactivated and cannot be used without further assistance.

How do I get Abbey’s Mobile App?

Go to your mobile device’s app store. Member can type in “Abbey Credit” to find the app in either store.

I downloaded the new Abbey Mobile App, but I do not know my username or password.

Where do I register a user name and password?

Mobile App user name and password are the same as your home banking credentials. There’s no need to register a new username or password.

How do I delete an old Mobile App from my iPhone or iPad?

To do this, follow these steps: Press the APP icon and hold down for a few seconds You will notice the icons on the screen will start “wiggling” and there will be a tiny ‘X’ mark at the top right corner of every icon. Press this ‘X’ mark. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to delete the app. Hit the icon which says ‘Delete’ and the app will be removed from your iPhone. Press the Home button and the icons will stop wiggling. If you’re unsure, contact your device provider.
