Attention Web BillPay Users & Potential New Users

When you are enrolling for Web BillPay, please make sure you are entering your credit union account number correctly. Web BillPay was designed for checking account use only. Your account number should be 8 digits long. If you look at the bottom of your checks, you will see the numbers on the left hand side: this is the routing & transit number or ABA number. The numbers in the center are your account number the way it needs to appear to properly identify your checking account.

After enrolling with Web BillPay, within 24 to 48 hours you will receive your confirmation. The confirmation will appear in your checking account, there will be (2) small entries (example: .13 & .23). After entering these amounts you will be able to set up your bill accounts.

You can use this page to manage all of your bill paying activity.
Many payments can be processed and paid on the same day or the next day. And, the new on line calendar tool will help you schedule your payments.
A bill reminder feature. You can set up reminders to email you when a payment is made, or, to let you know that an upcoming bill needs to be scheduled. Our new system is so flexible.

Your payments are processed accurately, securely and on time, you are 100% protected from late fees and unauthorized transactions.

Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay lets you schedule and make payments as well as receive and pay bills online through Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay. You can pay anyone, anytime, anywhere in the United States, from your mortgage lender to your newspaper carrier. You can set up repeating payments or one time only payments.

Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay uses several measures to ensure that your information is secure. Your user name and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as you do not share your information with anyone, no one can sign into Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay as you. Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay also uses SSL (secure sockets layer) which insures that your connection and information are secure from outside inspection. Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay uses 40-bit or 128-bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet. As an added precaution, Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay automatically signs you off if the session is inactive for ten minutes.

To sign up for Abbey Credit Union Web BillPay, complete the enrollment form online on the Internet Banking (Abbey@Home) link page. After you sign up for Web BillPay, your enrollment is processed and your account will be activated. Confirmation will be through their account history

Fees

Web BillPay if used monthly is a free service. However there will be a monthly $5.25 charge for non-use.
