Abbey Credit Union’s Annual Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 to review the financial reports and status of your credit union. This is your opportunity to learn how Abbey performed on your behalf in 2009 and the highlights of our 2010 goals. Abbey’s primary focus is to open doors for ourmembers. Our objective is to pass on valuable returns to member-owners through sound financial decisions that truly support our members future. |

Your Abbey Board of Directors is comprised of nine members, and this year, it has three incumbents (Gary C. Brewsaugh, Rena L. Gumerlock, and Nancy Wood) seeking re-election for the three available positions. Nominations from our membership will remain open for consideration by the Nomination Committee until February 19, 2010 (even though we already have the three incumbents). Nominations from the floor are not permitted at the Annual Meeting. Write-in candidates are not permitted on the proxy/ballet. If you would like any additional information on Abbey’s Board selection process or qualifications, please contact any member of the Nomination Committee. |
